Thanksgiving was only five days ago. Now we are back to work juggling multiple responsibilities and planning for the Christmas holiday. Finding time to exercise may be a bit more challenging as you have several obligations to meet this time of year. If you are feeling stressed, or perhaps you have been diagnosed with Anxiety or Depression, take heart, exercise can ease your burden. Think about how you feel after you exercise. The natural body endorphins that are produced when you exercise will elevate your mood and boost your energy. The best part is that the after effects of this mental jolt can last hours after you complete a workout.
