It always seems that there is never enough time during the day to get all of our responsibilities completed. Between work, family and home the day seems to slip away rather quickly. Despite our busy schedules, it is imperative that we make time to exercise. We have no problems scheduling and making time for the following:
- doctor visits
- dental visits
- visits to the bank
- after school meetings with the teacher
- we make time for our favorite television shows
- schedule visits to the salon
- we have time to connect to social media (surveys have found on average Americans spend upwards of 1.7 hours per day on social media)
Your health is much more important than the time spent on social media. There are 24 hours in a day, which equals 1,440 minutes per day. Committing 30 to 60 minutes of exercise per day isn’t too much to ask. Make time to exercise, even if it means you have to give something up. As with everything else that you do, schedule your workout. Your health is worth it.
